Salary: 40k Base Salary + Uncapped commission structure

What You’ll Do
As our New Business Sales Manager, your sole focus will be opening doors and closing sales. You’ll be pitching to major retailers, securing listings with hospitality groups, and finding the right distributors to grow our presence in new markets. From supermarkets to indie shops, from airlines to festivals, you’ll make sure people can discover and enjoy our award-winning wines wherever they are.
You’ll work closely with the founders to:
- Target and win key accounts in retail, wholesale, and hospitality
- Build and manage a new business pipeline that reflects our big ambitions
- Secure distribution partners to expand into new markets
- Track, report, and celebrate the new listings and deals you bring in
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for someone who is commercially sharp, thrives on building relationships from scratch, and has the resilience and energy to chase opportunities until they land. We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have proven experience in sales or business development (FMCG or drinks a plus)
- Know how to open doors and aren’t afraid of a cold call or a big pitch
- Thrive on building relationships and closing sales with creativity and persistence
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on the road
- Love the idea of helping build a cool brand in high growth
