At Vinca, we make organic Sicilian wine in a can, and now in aluminum bottles too.
Award-winning wine made by people who care about every detail. We’re here for moments, big and small: festivals, trains, football matches, dinner on the sofa. Wherever you are, wine this good should come with you.

We started Vinca to prove that canned wine can (and should) taste as good as the best bottles. So we partnered with an incredible winemaker in Sicily, entered every blind-tasting competition we could find, and started winning. Our range has won countless awards, and is now stocked in over 2,000 retail locations, poured on airlines, and enjoyed at stadiums and theatres up and down the country. 

We care about delicious wine, great design, and making good things easy to enjoy. We’re for people who want one glass of proper wine without opening a bottle, and for people who want to discover something new.

The Ideal Candidate

Vinca is growing, and we’re looking for a self-starter who loves building relationships and making things happen.  An Account Manager with a passion for building brands people love. This job is perfect for someone who is equal parts people-person and creative thinker. We want someone who can grow sales, bring our brand to life through in-person experiences, and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves in a start-up environment. You’ll be working directly with the founders, shaping the next phase of Vinca’s story.

What You’ll Be Doing

Account Management:

  • Be the go-to contact for key trade accounts – both on-trade and off-trade.
  • Help our customers fall in love with Vinca by keeping them stocked, supported, and excited.
  • Spot growth opportunities and help accounts smash their sales goals.
  • Keep the details covered – from processing orders to tracking stock and performance.
  • Handle incoming communications from both consumers and trade partners.

Brand Activation:

  • Plan and run activations including tastings, trade shows, and sampling events.
  • Represent Vinca at music festivals and sports events.
  • Bring our brand to life with creativity and energy – from in-store to on-stage.
  • Gather insights from the field to help shape our strategy.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to keep everything on-brand and unforgettable.
  • Create concepts and shoot content for Vinca’s socials, showcasing what’s happening in our accounts.

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in account management, field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or a similar role.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and always thinking two steps ahead.
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership.
  • Excited by bold, innovative brands that break the mold.
  • Based in or near London and happy to travel for events and activations.
